TheMunicipality of Troina, through its offices, will guarantee the regularity of all operations and will quickly follow the bureaucratic process of the project.
PURCHASER'S DUTIES The purchaser undertakes to bear the notary fees, to set up the surety policy in favor of the Municipality (for an amount of 5 thousand euros within three months of the official communication of assignment of the property), to prepare and deposit at the Technical Office the renovation project within one year and to start work within two years from the date of purchase of the property.
