Windows and balconies all face south, which guarantees the house a large amount of light and heat for most of the day, as well as a breathtaking view. The property is distributed over three levels, plus an attic. Many of the details inside the house are handmade. The house is already habitable and only needs an overhaul of the electrical and plumbing systems.
