The strong point of the house is the large terrace overlooking Etna and the Catania plain.  
5 of the 7 rooms of which it is composed are all located on the ground floor; the entrance room is suitable both for garage use and as a normal entrance room.
Below there is a small garden that overlooks Via Bazan below, with a small cellar serving it. The southern exposure guarantees excellent natural lighting. There are 3 free elevations. Even from the only room on the first floor it is possible to enjoy the view, through a window that frames Etna.
The nearest car park, on via Fisicaro, is about a minute's walk from the house.
