It is made up of 6 large and bright rooms divided over 4 levels. Two of these rooms have the sturdy local rock as their perimeter wall and it is precisely these "caves" that make the property unique and characteristic. Its southern exposure, in addition to guaranteeing brightness, allows the view of a unique panorama of Etna and the Catania plain. Access can take place on three different levels: ground floor, first floor and third floor (on the central Via Santa Lucia). There are no facilities.
