The property is isolated from the other nearby properties and is divided over three levels. The lower floor houses the only bathroom of the structure, a small kitchen and a dining room. The first floor consists of a large hallway and a room used in the past as a bedroom on which there is a small balcony facing south; while the top floor houses a further bedroom and a small kitchen with oven. The property has two entrances, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, requiring immediate interventions both on the systems and on the roof.
