Rosa's House

The first two, starting from the bottom, were used as a cellar where the ancient oven is located, while the three highest floors, with independent access, were used as a residence.
The first two living floors, beyond the stairs, have a large hallway and a room with a balcony and window looking south, while the top floor has a bathroom, a small kitchen, a medium-sized dining room and a terrace.
Even if the structural conditions of the property seem fair at first glance, it is still necessary to intervene in the plant engineering part, in the heights of the cellar and in the distribution of the spaces on the top floor.
