The house is spread over two floors connected entirely by a spiral staircase with an iron structure and stone cladding, while on the outside the two floors are connected by a very large and in any case covered staircase.

On the ground floor, from the porch, you can access a rustic kitchen with a stone oven and masonry worktop.
The ground floor has two entrances, one directly from the living room with exposed wooden attic and the other on the second kitchen of the house which communicates with the living room through a masonry arch. The house has 2 bathrooms, one on the ground floor and the other in the sleeping area on the first floor, the latter with a shower. On the first floor there are a bathroom and 3 bedrooms connected by a corridor which opens directly onto the landing of the external staircase.
The house is completely self-sufficient in terms of water with a well which guarantees the complete need for water for the services and the swimming pool even in the summer.
The house is equipped with 1 fireplace which heats the rooms using the radiators located in the various rooms, a fan coil to provide additional heating to the adjoining rooms and another fireplace with internal woodshed located in the living room.
